Mayors Trophy and the Matthew Fulham Foundation Regatta’s
The Matthew Fulham Foundation Trophy for the winner of the senior racing group at the end of the year. The web site covering the Mayor's Trophy group and the Matthew Fulham Memorial Trophy group can be seen at www.mayorstrophy.org.uk
Matthew learned to sail along with his younger brother’s Ashley and Thomas at the Hinckley Wharf sailing club under the instruction of Colin Magee. Thomas is taking part in the Mayor’s trophy and has so far managed to crew in the winning boats so far (Naseby and Roundhills). Ashley has found that he prefers to be pulled on a wide plank behind a speed boat (Wake Boarding), although he still sails occasionally when on holiday.
